Welcoming Ms. Nguyen Van Hien to Vietnam RWA Summit 2026

Ms. Nguyen Van Hien serves as Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Assets Association, Deputy Director of ABAII Academy of Blockchain and AI Innovation (Viện Công nghệ Blockchain và Trí tuệ Nhân tạo ABAII), and Chief Executive Officer of 1Matrix - Vietnam Blockchain Network, a pioneering company developing comprehensive blockchain solutions and “Make in Vietnam” blockchain infrastructure.

With more than 20 years of experience in corporate management, communications, and brand strategy across leading organizations including Masan Group, Hoa Phat, TPBank, and NCB, Ms. Hien has played an active role in bridging technology, business, and talent development. Today, she is deeply involved in advancing Vietnam’s blockchain ecosystem through technology development, industry collaboration, workforce training, and initiatives supporting the growth of digital assets and emerging technologies.

At Vietnam RWA Summit 2026, Ms. Nguyen Van Hien will share her perspectives on the critical role of human capital in the development of digital asset markets and discuss strategies for building a high-quality workforce to support the next phase of the digital economy and tokenized asset ecosystems.
