Welcoming Ms. Nguyen Phuong Ly to Vietnam RWA Summit 2026

Ms. Nguyen Phuong Ly is Project Manager at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI), where she leads initiatives supporting Vietnam’s efforts to develop an International Financial Centre, attract high-quality investment, and strengthen the country’s innovation ecosystem.

With more than 15 years of experience in public policy, government relations, and international development, Ms. Ly has advised senior government stakeholders and contributed to major policy initiatives, including regulatory frameworks for fintech innovation, investment promotion, and public-private collaboration. Her previous leadership roles include Head of Government Affairs and External Relations at Vingroup, where she supported VinFast’s global expansion and represented the company at major international forums.

At Vietnam RWA Summit 2026, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Ly will share perspectives on policy innovation, public-private partnerships, and international investment attraction, highlighting the key conditions needed to foster fintech innovation and build a transparent, sustainable digital asset ecosystem.
