Welcoming Mr. To Tran Hoa to Vietnam RWA Summit 2026

Mr. To Tran Hoa currently serves as Deputy Head of the Securities Market Development Department of State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), and also Standing Deputy Head of the Management Board for the Digital Asset Trading Market.

As one of the key representatives involved in developing Vietnam’s regulatory framework for digital assets, Mr. To Tran Hoa has actively contributed to the research and implementation of major policy initiatives, including Resolution No. 05/2025/NQ-CP on the pilot digital asset market, together with regulatory guidance related to taxation, disclosure requirements, and market reporting under the Ministry of Finance’s scope of management.

At Vietnam RWA Summit 2026, Mr. To Tran Hoa will share perspectives from the regulatory side on the future direction of digital asset markets, ongoing policy developments, and opportunities for Vietnam to engage more deeply in the global digital asset ecosystem.
