Welcoming Mr. Ngo Minh Hieu to Vietnam RWA Summit 2026

With a strong technical background and years of experience in cybersecurity, Mr. Ngo Minh Hieu is widely recognized as one of Vietnam’s leading advocates for online safety and digital trust.

After beginning his career at the National Cyber Security Monitoring Center (NCSC), Mr. Hieu founded and has led the Anti-Scam Organization since 2020. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Anti-Scam Social Enterprise. His contributions have been recognized through prestigious awards such as Make in Vietnam and Vietnam Talent Awards, while the Anti-Scam Organization was honored as a Cybersecurity Awareness Month Champion by the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA).

Mr. Hieu has built extensive partnerships with leading technology and cybersecurity organizations, including Google Chrome, Kaspersky, Cisco, and Viettel. He is also a frequent speaker at major international cybersecurity forums, including GISEC Global, FIDO APAC, and United Nations initiatives on cybercrime prevention.
