Welcoming Dr. Phan Thanh Duc to Vietnam RWA Summit 2026

Dr. Phan Thanh Duc, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology and Digital Economics at the Banking Academy of Vietnam, will join Vietnam RWA Summit 2026 as a featured speaker, bringing insights into data governance and digital infrastructure - two foundational pillars shaping the future of digital finance, digital assets, and tokenized economies.

With more than 25 years of experience in research, teaching, and consulting in information technology, banking, and digital transformation, Dr. Duc specializes in data governance, big data, information systems architecture, and business process management. His work focuses on helping organizations leverage data as a strategic asset while building scalable and resilient digital ecosystems.

Beyond academia, Dr. Duc has contributed to numerous international initiatives on data governance and digital transformation. He is a member of DAMA International, the Asian Leaders Fellowship Program (ALFP), and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). He also serves as National Consulting Team Leader for GIZ’s Digital Transformation Strategy Project for Vietnam’s banking sector.
