With 20 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and applied cryptography, Dr. Pham Van Huong, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology at the Academy of Cryptography Techniques, is recognized as one of Vietnam’s leading experts in digital security and cryptographic technologies.

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Huong has led numerous research projects and contributed as a reviewer at international conferences on cryptography and information security. He is the author of multiple research publications indexed by IEEE Xplore and other leading scientific journals, with research interests spanning intrusion detection systems, malware detection, software vulnerability analysis using deep learning, blockchain security, and post-quantum cryptography.

At Vietnam RWA Summit 2026, Dr. Pham Van Huong will discuss emerging security risks posed by the advent of quantum computing and the limitations of traditional cryptographic systems.
