Welcoming Mr. Wookeun Yoon to Vietnam RWA Summit 2026

Mr. Wookeun Yoon is a Financial Specialist at the ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO), where he focuses on financial stability, capital market infrastructure, and digital asset regulation. He also monitors developments in capital and foreign exchange markets across the ASEAN+3 region.

Prior to joining AMRO, Mr. Yoon spent more than 15 years at the Financial Services Commission of Korea, holding key positions across financial policy, capital markets, digital assets, anti-money laundering, corporate restructuring, and international financial cooperation. He played an active role in developing Korea’s regulatory framework for digital assets and contributed to major policy initiatives, including post-pandemic economic support programs, capital market reforms, and Corporate Value-Up Program.

At Vietnam RWA Summit 2026, Mr. Wookeun Yoon will share insights from one of Asia’s leading digital asset regulatory markets, discussing how policymakers can balance innovation, risk management, and investor protection while fostering the sustainable growth of tokenized asset ecosystems.
